What we keep, and why.
Short version: your email to sign you in, your businesses and their maps to do the job, nothing sold, nothing trained on. Last updated August 23, 2026.
What we collect
Free scans: the business you chose, the search, and the results. We hash your IP address to enforce daily limits; we don’t store the address itself. Accounts: your email address (that’s the whole login), the businesses you claim, the keywords, every scan and check we run for them, and the alerts and emails we generate. Billing: handled by Stripe; we keep your Stripe customer and subscription ids, never card numbers.
Where it lives
In a private store on Vercel (US). Result pages are unlisted, not indexed by search engines, and readable by anyone with the link. Account data is readable only by you, signed in.
Who else touches it
DataForSEO runs the Google and AI-engine lookups we ask for (they see the business name and the search, not your email). Google Places powers the name type-ahead. SendGrid delivers our emails. Stripe takes payment. Anthropic writes Pro fix packs from the measured facts we send (your business’s public data, never your email). Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies.
What we never do
Sell your data. Show your maps to competitors. Train models on your data. Email you anything except sign-in links and the watching you asked for. Build a fake urgency countdown.
Cookies
One: the sign-in session (HttpOnly, expires in 30 days). No tracking cookies.
Your rights
Export or delete everything: write adam@larkspur.digital from your account email; done within a day. If you’re in the EU/UK/California, the rights under GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA apply and that address is how you exercise them.
